About Us

The role of Treasury Management is to provide day-to-day operational support to the Associate Vice President for Finance in managing WSU’s liquidity and financial risks.

Our responsibilities include:

• Manage cash levels in major WSU bank accounts
• Prudently invest temporarily surplus funds
• Apply financial risk and fraud controls
• Process outgoing wire and ACH payments
• Provide notification of incoming wire and ACH payments
• Manage bank accounts and relationships with banks and other financial institutions
• Account for University investments
• Account for Consolidated Endowment Fund contributions, distributions and endowment investment activity
• Manage merchant bankcard services and enterprise PCI compliance program
• Administer WSU’s enterprise cashiering system
• Support external funding and continuing disclosure undertakings
